FIDES

Radio Fides, the official station of the Archdiocese of San José, Costa Rica, has been on the air since July 25, 1952. It is anchored in Christ and His Church, open to change, and continuously striving to be an educational platform for Christians.

• Throughout its journey over the years, Radio Fides has been far from unremarkable. On the contrary, it has been adorned with actions that have brought joy and fulfillment to thousands of listeners.
• For all this time, FIDES has not merely been an endeavor but a devotion; it represents the commitment of numerous individuals over the years, from its founders to the present day.
• Grandparents, parents, and grandchildren have all been able to enjoy programming that has provided support during tough times and contributed to celebration and joy during happier moments.
• With many years of service to Costa Rica and leveraging technology to reach souls beyond our borders, we have become friends and companions on a shared journey, but above all brothers and sisters under a common Father.
• Today, Radio Fides stands as one of the foremost stations on the national dial. However, beyond audience numbers, it serves as a means to connect with God and with fellow brethren.
• This journey has also involved risks that we have faced with courage and responsibility. The station remains steadfast in Him who conquered death and calls us to be salt and light to the world.
• Our flag is and will continue to be the defense of the most vulnerable and, above all, the promotion of family values.
• This is our mission: to bring relief to homes, to spread love, but above all to be the voice of God to our listeners and fill them with Life and Hope.
